Our mission is to provide accurate and up to date information about mental health, grief and bereavement, gerontology (age & aging) trauma, sexual and domestic violence resources and information. We provide the latest in information, resources and scientific data.

Age and Aging
We work to dismantle and reframe the stereotypes and negative paradigms of aging. This includes and is not limited to images and language. We interpret
and define ourselves for ourselves, employing the content and context of our
lives.

Cultivating a positive mindset of age and aging via our activism and
advocacy.  We are the fastest growing population with spending power! Our
power is recognized and respected when we refuse to allow media, agencies
and individuals to portray stereotypes that do not reflect who we are.

Transformation , growth and creativity takes place when we avail ourselves of opportunities and resources individually and collectively. Healthy aging is
knowing we have the power to create and direct the lives we envision for ourselves!
